Due to the demographic and population growth of Panama City, the development of areas such as North Panama on the peripheries of the city has been promoted, transforming it into a city of multiple centers.
As a result of this, residential developments have emerged such as Brisas Capital that emerges as an engine of this transformation, offering the idea of a city with multiple nuclei, making available to its inhabitants, mixed-use areas where they can live, work and entertain themselves in the same area.
According to Ignacio Mallol of the firm of architects Mallol projects, the decision to live in North Panama no longer implies being on the outskirts, it is to live in a new center, enjoying the quality of life and well-being offered by living close to nature, but with all the facilities of the city center, thus creating moments and building the concept of community.
For his part, Marky Harari of Brisas Capital, pointed out that the urban development in which they are investing will elevate North Panama to a first world city, not only because of the residential proposal but also because of the commercial proposal, which will allow residents to meet their housing and consumer needs.
