This project was announced last year and quite frankly, I did not expect to see it progress.  It is like The World developed by Nakheel in Dubai but much smaller.  Still, for Panama this is huge and like the recent opening of Trump Ocean Club which is the tallest building in Latin America it is a reality.    Ocean Reef will consist of premium lots, garden apartments and single family homes  on two islands that will surround a world class marina facility.  For more on the project you can go to www.oceanreefislands.com and also watch a video presentation here.
