The Panamanian Sports Institute is tendering the study, design and construction of improvements to the Rod Carew National Stadium Phase I, for which the contractor must perform the field study for the required research with which it will submit its final bid.

“PANDEPORTES requires the remodeling of the sports center called Rod Carew National Stadium, therefore it is necessary that the contractor submit the required studies, for example: topographical, geotechnical, hydrological, hydraulic, environmental impact study.

In addition, it is required to endorse the preliminary project for the preparation of the design plans for the adequacy of the stadium, it must take into account that it must be environmentally friendly, submit the different types of materials to be used at each stage to PANDEPORTES for approval.

The preliminary project will include a descriptive report indicating the installation systems, description of materials, surface area table and proposed finishes.

The construction plans must be submitted in full for each discipline involved, including but not limited to: preliminary plans, sketches, technical reports, final plans for approval and as-built plans.

Also, architectural plans with architectural plans, furnishings, sections, elevations, etc. must be submitted.

The project must include some of the following technical specifications:
* Remove, repair and reinstall 5,000 existing arm chairs.
* Supply and installation of 10,000 new baseball type armchairs.
* Waterproofing of the slabs of the first ring (second floor) of the stadium.
* Repair of roofing.
* Elevation of the entire playing field, change of irrigation system, rain drainage system, ground shaping, demarcation of the playing field and installation of grass.
* Remodeling of dressing rooms and Dogout.
