The Municipality of Panama tenders the improvement works of 12 residential complexes located in the Corregimiento de Calidonia.

Panama Government Purchase 2021-5-76-0-08-LV-013845:

“The work includes the supply of materials, tools, equipment, accessories, labor and all that is required to carry out the painting of facades and common areas and repair of roofs and balconies of 12 residential complexes in the Corregimiento de Calidonia, District of Panama.

The contractor will develop and supply plans or sketches of each building as requested by the requirements of 0, additionally, elevation views and sections required for the follow-up of the areas to be painted, and plans and elevations of the roofs to be intervened will be supplied.

The activity summarized as Painting includes: washing of exterior walls and common areas with a pressure washer, preparation of surfaces with sealing of cracks and crevices, sealing of window edges, application of sealant on walls, and application of two coats of exterior paint resistant to moisture and mold.”
