According to the source, the Panamanian president will participate in the solemn session of the Congress of the Republic of Guatemala, where Gianmattei and his vice president, Guillermo Castillo, will swear-in and take office.
Cortizo traveled to Guatemala this morning and will return to the country at 6:30 pm (local time), accompanied by Foreign Minister Alejandro Ferrer.
