A housing complex consisting of two 16-story towers and two 19-story buildings, which together will house 196 apartments, is planned to be built in the district of Panama.

Inmobiliaria Navaltor, S.A. presented to the Ministry of Environment the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) called “P.H. Altos del Pacifico.”

The project consists of the construction of four towers that will offer 148 two-bedroom apartments and 148 one-bedroom apartments, which include living room, dining room, kitchen, laundry and a sanitary service, parking and social area.

All of the towers will consist of a shared social area of 1,046 m2 that includes a swimming pool, dressing rooms for ladies and gentlemen, BBQ area, sun area and huts.
