$9 Million in Residential Expected

In Panama, a residential complex consisting of 197 homes is planned to be built on a plot of land of approximately six hectares, located in Coclé.

Housing Realty Group, S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to the Ministry of the Environment to develop the project called “Los Molinos Village House.”

The project consists of the execution of the construction of a residential complex that will have an area of gardens for public use, a drinking water reserve and a wastewater treatment plant. The surface of the lots will have an area of 160 m2 each.

The infrastructure includes the conformation of earthworks, the construction of the aqueduct networks and internal conduction of the residual waters in each one of the houses, the construction of streets, sidewalks, ditches and sewers, the conditioning of the green areas and the installation of the system of distribution of electrical energy.

According to the document, it is projected to invest close to $8.9 million.
