$10 Million in Residential Project

On a 13-hectare plot of land in Panama Norte, it is planned to build a residential complex consisting of 150 houses.

According to the interactive information system “Construction in Central America” developed by CentralAmericaData, Sociedad Urbanizadora del Caribe, S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study to the Panamanian authorities of the project called “P.H. Cumbres del Lago.”

The project that will be developed in Ciudad del Lago, in the area of North Panama, consists of the construction of a residential on a farm of approximately 13 hectares. The residential will consist of 150 lots for chalet type houses, ground floor only.

In addition to this, within the lot of approximately 13 hectares, more than 4 hectares have been assigned as green areas, because of a protected space that has been the beginning of a Quebrada Sin Nombre, additional to the corresponding easement.

The project includes the construction of 300 meters of the Boulevard Ciudad del Lago in front of the new project, as a continuation of this, since it currently reaches the residential Colinas del Lago. This boulevard connects all the urbanizations of the Ciudad del Lago development and is accessed from the Via Panamá Norte (Pedregal – Gonzalillo). The area of this boulevard is approximately 1 hectare, for a total polygon of the project of approximately 14 hectares.

According to the document, $10.3 million is expected to be invested.
