Residential Project for $9 Million

On a 9-hectare site in the district of Arraijan, in the province of Panama Oeste, a residential development of 321 homes is planned, which will have between two and three bedrooms.

According to the interactive information system “Construction in Central America” of CentralAmericaData, Desarrollo Loma Bonita, S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study to the Panamanian authorities of the project called ” Proyecto Residencial Loma Bonita.”

The document details that the houses will be in lots with areas ranging between 120 m2 and 160 m2, the houses will have 2 or 3 bedrooms, bathroom and dining room. The main streets will be concrete and 13.6 meters wide, secondary streets will be 12 meters and will be made of double asphalt seal. The ditches will be paved and the sidewalks will be made of concrete.

The project will be developed through the modality of Residencial Bono Solidario (RBS), this format includes single-family homes, two-family homes, and row homes. According to the study, the overall cost of the project is approximately $9.000.000.
