Public and Private projects planned for Panama

The interactive system “Construction in Central America“, compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, includes an up to date list of public and private construction projects that are planned to be built in the region.

Detail of some of the Environmental Impact Studies recently presented:

Lucero Homes Corp. submitted an EIA to condition 260 lots in a 41-hectare area in the district of Boquete, Chiriqui, and build the same number of residences with a minimum area of 600 m2. According to the document, the project is called “Lotificación Cielo Paraíso Phase 2 and 3” and a total investment of $56.3 million is estimated.

Desarrolladora Vista Mar, S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in Arraiján, Panamá Oeste, a residential complex with 408 three room homes, in lots of 171 m2 and 345 m2. The project is called “Bosques de Arraiján 2” and $15 million will be invested in it.

Floresta Park, S.A. submitted an EIA to build, in La Chorrera, province of Panamá Oeste, a condominium that will house 274 homes. According to the document, around $8.2 million will be invested in the project.

CentralAmericaData has information on public and private construction projects to be developed in Central American countries, with details such as estimated investment, project times and phases, materials and equipment that will be required during and after construction, water treatment, structure of parking lots, among other things.
