The National Aqueduct and Sewer Institute submitted an EIA to build a new potable water supply system in the province of Panama West, the project includes a raw water intake, adduction line and water treatment plant. The investment amount for the project called “Study, design, construction and operation and maintenance of the water treatment plant in Howard, province of Panama” is estimated at $212 million.

The Maritime Authority of Panama submitted an EIA to build, on the Calzada Amador, province of Panama, a wharf for an Amador Cruise Terminal, which includes complementary works such as buildings for administrative, security, operation and control. The project is called “Studies, design, development and approval of plans, and construction of the Amador Cruise Terminal, Pericos Island” and according to the study $165 million will be invested in it.

The Ministry of Public Works submitted an EIA to carry out renovations, readjustments and placing of road signs for the reclassification to three lanes by direction and reversion of the north corridor, in the section that starts from the Albrook road interchange and ends at the Brisas de Golf junction. On the south corridor, the route that will be worked on is between the Hotel Riande Continental Aeropuerto and the Caseta de Atlapa. According to the document, $27 million expected to be invested in the project.
