The president of the Panamanian Chamber of Construction (Capac), Iván De Ycaza, told Panamaamerica.com.pa that ” … ‘it is important to deepen and discriminate the figures and statistics that are received from different sources, such as the General Comptroller’s Office, contractors, among others, that really allow for analysis and projections to be made for decision making.“
