An environmental impact study has been submitted for construction of a logistics complex in an approximate area of ??40 hectares in Arraiján, Panama.
Data from the Interactive System “Construction in Central America”, compiled by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, indicates that in July Corporación Regente, S.A. submitted an Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to the Ministry of the Environment.

According to the EIA, the construction project is denominated “Parque Logísitico Hato Montaña”, and it is planned to be developed in a total area of approximately 40 hectares, in the District of Juan Demóstenes Arosemena, District of Arraiján, Panama.

According to the study, the project includes construction of internal or general roads, provision of basic services (sewage, potable water, electricity), construction of galleys, buildings and other complementary works.

The document indicates that the project will be developed over a period of 12 months with an investment of $17 million.
