The Ministry of the Presidency is putting out to tender the study, design and construction of a project to improve the water system in the City of Panama.

“The objective is the study, design and construction for the extension of the Hydraulic Ring towards Panama East, including the Maria Henriquez 2 Line, the Oriente 2 Line, Section 4, Ramales de Nueva Esperanza, the routes to Omar and Ciudad del Este, Storage Tank 3 MG, Pump and drive Line towards the Water Treatment Plants Cabra  1 and 2, Storage Tank 1.5 MG, Flowline to Ciudad del Este, in addition to the Works to Increase storage Capacity of the Aqueduct including Storage Tank 6 MG and Storage Tank 3.3 MG.”

The deadline for receipt of bids is January 24, 2017.
