In Panama an environmental impact study has been submitted for construction of a shopping center measuring 129 thousand square meters in Penonomé, Cocle province.
The Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study was presented by Grupo ZS, S.A. to the Ministry of Environment of Panama in May 2016, as revealed by the report “Construction Projects in Central America” by CentralAmericaData.com.

The project is to develop a shopping center having 129,000 square meters of construction, in a total area of 84,625 square meters. The mall will be called “Penonomé Mall” and will have four levels. It will have common areas (main entrance, main aisles), anchor stores, food court, administrative area, cinema, local restaurants, bars and a parking area with capacity for 1100 vehicles.
The EIA reports that the estimated investment for this project is $12,898,000.
