Land at Clayton used to be a lot cheaper, not no more!

The Ministry of Economy and Finance in Panama will be auctioning a plot of land measuring 18,615 square meters located in the community of Clayton, Ancon.

Panama Government Purchase 2014-0-16-0-08-SB-007835:

“Public Goods Auction No. 57-2014, First Call, Sale for granting land Lot No. CL02-24 with a land area of ??18,615.05 m2, located in the community of Clayton, Ancon district and province of Panama, Medium Density Residential Zoning – Medium Intensity (R2D2) Estimated Value B / 2,114,669.68, Starting Value of Bids (Offers and Counter offers) B / 2,326,136.65. ”

The scheduled date for the auction is December 12, 2014.
