A residential complex consisting of 287 homes is planned to be built in the village of Chilibre, Panama, on lots ranging from 200 to 263 square meters.

Promotores Unidos, S.A. presented the Environmental Impact Study (EIA) to develop the project called “Villas del Norte”, which will be built on a lot of approximately 11 hectares.

The EIA explains that this project has the objective of offering 287 houses in a projected time of five years. This includes green areas and public use, parks, main streets, secondary streets, with their sidewalks, electrical system, storm drainage system, sanitary sewage system, drinking water system, a modern treatment plant.

The estimated budget for this project is $15,695,000.
