$11 million Tender for Medical Center

The Ministry of Health in Panama is putting out to tender studies, designs, preliminary plans, development of plans, equipment and furniture, for the construction of the new Ernesto Córdoba Campos polycenter.

Panama Government Purchase 2018-0-12-0-08-LV-025188:  

“The contractor to whom the project is awarded will proceed to make the designs based on the preliminary draft provided by the Minsa and may make changes thereto or submit a New Proposal based on the environments requested in the Architectural Medical Program (PMA) and the Terms of Reference, according to the zoning by service areas and functional relationship. The Contractor may make the design changes provided by the MINSA or submit a New Proposal if deemed appropriate; they must comply with the functionality of the different Service Units and with the technical requirements of the Equipment and Furniture list per environment requested for this project. 

The contract includes preventive and corrective maintenance for a period of 24 months.”

The deadline for receipt of bids is November 13, 2018.
