Panama takes its baseball seriously and it is no difference here in Chiriqui.  This new stadium will replace the older one in David.

A contract has been awarded to the company Administradora de Proyectos de Construcción S.A. for the design, construction and equipping of a baseball stadium in the province of Chiriqui.

Four companies submitted bids for the project, with amounts ranging between $15.1 million and $16.7 million. The winning company submitted a bid for $16,249,020.

The other participants in the tender were: Ingepa Panama SA, with a proposal valued at $15,145,077, Constructora Rigaservices SA, who bid $16,520,690, and Comercializadora Sophy SA, with a proposal of $16,659,585.

The project involves the design, construction and equipping of the new Kenny Serracín Stadium, located in Cabecera, District of David, Chiriqui.
