Our vision is to create a modern and functional space that boosts the local economy and improves the quality of life of the community. We are committed to continuing to innovate and develop projects that generate a positive impact in the region,&#8221; said&nbsp;<strong>M\u00f3nica Anguizola,&nbsp;<\/strong>general manager of the Mir\u00f3 Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Project data<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Designed under the principles of sustainable and modern urban planning, efficiently integrating commercial and residential spaces.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>It has 20 hectares for mixed commercial development, of which 15 hectares will be reserved for future residential development.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Designed by Moule &amp; Polyzoides, recognized for their focus on sustainable urban planning.
