He was designated as his replacement in his candidacy by the Realizing Goals and Alliance parties.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&#8220;The Plenary of the Supreme Court of Justice (CSJ), by majority, declares that the Second Resolution Point of the Plenum Agreement 11-1 of March 4, 2024, issued by the Electoral Tribunal is not unconstitutional,&#8221; the Court published in X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">From this decision, it is expected that this Sunday voters in Panama will decide who will be the next president of the country, among eight candidates. The winner will govern from July 1 to June 30, 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">More than 3 million voters will go to the polls from 7:00 a.m. (local time), in a contest that in statements to CNN magistrates of the Electoral Tribunal of Panama described as\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/urldefense.com\/v3\/__https:\/www.tribunal-electoral.gob.pa\/te-presenta-padron-electoral-final\/__;!!AQdq3sQhfUj4q8uUguY!hLSmNqv0adIBVA3eORHOJ3ji2DAy0X3PiDiWrXGjZCFeKui_ub557s0owqEOhKZ7FmK8CnwBmU5VG6nLJCZqMjYJE5g$\"
