America)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Completion of Cinta Costera in Panama City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The planned, properly engineered community of Costa del Este in Panama City<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The opening of the 20 acre Parque Biblioteca Boquete Read More&nbsp;<a href=\"https:\/\/www.retireinpanamatours.com\/post\/the-change-of-seasons-has-started-and-the-boquete-park\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">HERE<\/a><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The starting of the Cinta Costera Project for Puerto Armuelles<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The revitalization and pedestrian and traffic improvement of the main street in
