Digitization, formalization and banking of entrepreneurs, and iii. Promotion of the Panama Tourism Master Plan.<\/p>\n<p id=\"m103-102-104\" class=\"paragraph \">This agreement was signed on behalf of the Panamanian Government by the Minister of Commerce and Industries (Mici), Federico Alfaro Boyd; the director of the Authority for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (Ampyme), \u00d3scar Ramos; and the general administrator of the Panama Tourism Authority (ATP), Iv\u00e1n Eskildsen. On behalf of Mastercard, the agreement was signed by Germ\u00e1n Ros\u00f3n, country manager of Mastercard Panama.<\/p>\n<p id=\"m113-112-114\" class=\"paragraph \"><strong>A clear objective to promote economic growth <\/strong><\/p>\n<p id=\"m118-117-119\" class=\"paragraph \">Within the framework of the National Government&#8217;s Economic Recovery Plan and its approach to combat poverty and inequality by strengthening the digitization and financial inclusion efforts of the national economy, Mastercard will work together with the Mici, ATP and Ampyme, providing its capabilities and experience<\/p>\n<p id=\"m123-122-124\" class=\"paragraph \">who acquire the digital skills and knowledge necessary to design, launch and manage their businesses.<\/p>\n<p id=\"m133-132-134\" class=\"paragraph \">\u2022 Digitization, formalization and banking of entrepreneurs: to promote the continuous growth of entrepreneurs and SMEs through formalization and digitization, beneficiaries will receive incentives, best practices and access to tools that facilitate the formalization of their businesses.<\/p>\n<p id=\"m138-137-139\" class=\"paragraph \">\u2022 Master tourism plan: to promote the country&#8217;s tourism development and position Panama as a world-class sustainable tourist destination. Mastercard&#8217;s global experience will support this pillar in the development of tourism experiences through its priceless.com platform and other world-class best practices that the company has.<\/p>\n<p id=\"m143-142-144\" class=\"paragraph \">Through the implementation of the objectives of the memorandum of understanding, Minister Alfaro Boyd reported that in the case of Mici emphasis will be placed on training, taking advantage of the fact that Mastercard has experts and platforms that can benefit<\/p>\n<p id=\"m148-147-149\" class=\"paragraph \">The signatory entities are focused on providing support and accompaniment to all our productive sectors.
