We used extensive hand made solid wood cabinetry and the fines marble and granite throughout the house.\u00a0 We imported sinks and fixtures including a cold water filtered water supply.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Tree.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-32039\" src=\"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Tree.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"736\" height=\"587\" srcset=\"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Tree.jpg 1000w, https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Tree-300x239.jpg 300w, https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/01\/Tree-768x613.jpg 768w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 736px) 100vw, 736px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Each year we used to invite over 100 people to come over and enjoy the holidays together.\u00a0 \u00a0The parties have ceased but the spirit continues!!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-2.jpg\" width=\"735\" height=\"480\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We designed the Tuscan theme to present a fireplace and a 75 inch TV above as the huge living room warrants.\u00a0 The fireplace is faced in Egyptian marble from floor to the 26 foot ceiling.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8724.jpg\" width=\"735\" height=\"490\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Outdoors, we doubled our living space with a covered room, fireplace (wood burning) as well as a private dining area.\u00a0 We installed the highest quality German style Komerlink, tilt and turn widows which we leave open for airflow and humidity control.\u00a0 More marble faces the outdoor fireplace as well.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8738.jpg\" width=\"738\" height=\"617\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I love to cook so I designed a area for a 6 burner stovetop and 2 burner grill.\u00a0 The commercial hood and exhaust insures a smoke\/odor free home. Built in Electric Oven and Microwave makes cooking easy here.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8841.jpg\" width=\"736\" height=\"582\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Another Tuscan feature is the &#8220;dirty kitchen&#8221;\u00a0 or butler&#8217;s kitchen where I keep all my toys!<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8771.jpg\" width=\"740\" height=\"637\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our formal dining area fits an 8 foot table and 8 chairs with ease.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8782.jpg\" width=\"738\" height=\"510\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Our guest bath is a full sized bathroom and serves guests as well as the third bedroom which I furnished as a private office.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/office-1.jpg\" width=\"739\" height=\"493\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Best corner office I have ever had.\u00a0 Easy to be distracted by the squirrels and birds in our giant mango tree just outside.\u00a0 There is a separate entrance for business associates.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8800.jpg\" width=\"738\" height=\"492\" \/><\/p>\n<p>We planned and designed a grand master suite and it came out great!\u00a0 Like the rest of the home, we have lots of natural light and airflow.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8806.jpg\" width=\"744\" height=\"496\" \/><\/p>\n<p>One piece marble vanity counter and under mount sinks for his and her use.\u00a0 All the walls are clad in more Egyptian marble from floor to ceiling.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"\" src=\"https:\/\/www.casasolution.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/PanamonteEstatesJanuary-8810.jpg\" width=\"744\" height=\"496\" \/><\/p>\n<p>I have a giant shower and she has her private
