{"id":2997,"date":"2011-07-30T11:13:47","date_gmt":"2011-07-30T16:13:47","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/?p=2997"},"modified":"2011-08-01T16:33:32","modified_gmt":"2011-08-01T21:33:32","slug":"boquete-custom-homes-from-250000","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/boquete-custom-homes-from-250000\/","title":{"rendered":"Boquete Custom Homes from $250,000"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/casa12.jpg\"><\/a>A friend of mine, who for over 25 years built large custom homes in the US, is building a beautiful home for his family here in Boquete and\u00a0we are\u00a0planning a project next door that will have 4 or 5 smaller homes.\u00a0 The homes are modestly priced and will have 1,500 square feet of area and are situated on\u00a0 6,200\u00a0to 7,800 square foot lots.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0We do not see any projects that come close to offering this value here in Boquete.\u00a0 Plus the homes will be of\u00a0the same quality as the builder&#8217;s home which will be located\u00a0next door !\u00a0 We are not providing slick brochures or media marketing as we will pass the savings forward to the home itself !<br \/>\n<em>The Setting<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Situated just five minutes from town, the area is at around 3,800 feet in elevation and has a wonderful micro-climate.\u00a0 The views are incredible including Volcan Baru which towers at 11,400 feet as a back drop.\u00a0 The site sits on a canyon where a gazebo is planned as a common area for coffee in the\u00a0morning \u00a0and a gathering place for a glass of wine with friends in the evening.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/baru-view.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-3000\" title=\"baru view\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/07\/baru-view-1024x818.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"758\" height=\"652\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h3 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><em>The Plan<\/em><\/h3>\n<p>The floor plans are very comfortable and set for tropical living\u00a0 where the living area and master bedroom open to the rear.\u00a0 It offers great privacy while creating a sense of spaciousness with it&#8217;s open design.
