the third debate the draft <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"law\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22law%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">law<\/a> to pay their obligations, resulting from the suspension of their source of income or dismissal.<\/p>\n<p>The document concludes that &#8220;<em>&#8230; Therefore, actions such as forced or arbitrary eviction, harassment or other threats, must be protected to the tenants at this time when they are in a state of national emergency, by the <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"covid19\"
