Here you can ride horseback on the beach, kayak to nearby islands, snorkel on living reefs, dive with pelagic fish and mammals and of course fish for marlin, tuna, wahoo, dolphin, sail fish, snapper, grouper and more!<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">I know of nowhere else in Panama where you can buy over an acre of titled land with a private beach, a\u00a0wooded in lot with underground electric and central water supply, where the howler monkeys often come down to greet you!!\u00a0 All this for under $200,000.\u00a0 That is $4.60 per square foot or $46 per square meter.\u00a0 Prices for similar land in other areas like Pedasi cost $200 to $250 per square meter.\u00a0 Plus you are under an hour and a half from David that has excellent shops, hospitals and of course the new International Airport that is under construction.\u00a0 Do I hear upside potential???<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For more on the area read this post <a title=\"Paradise on the Chiriqui Coast\" href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/news-from-panama\/paradise-in-boca-chica\/\">Paradise on the Chiriqui Coast<\/a>\u00a0and click on the listing below for more details on the one acre lot on the beach.\u00a0 If you have an appetite for larger parcels we have development sites for eco-lodges and personal retreats from $500,000 to $2,500,000 all ocean front tracts, some with white sandy beaches, protected mooring spots and permits for boat docks and marinas.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/www.viviun.com\/AD-160691\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"http:\/\/www.viviun.com\/data\/properties\/pictures\/160691\/160691-505524-HDRPS23KCNmd.jpg?082640\" alt=\"Click to enlarge\" width=\"136\" height=\"89\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<strong>Boca Chica, Panama \u2013 Best Valued Ocean Front Lot In Chiriqui<\/strong>\u00a0&#8211; If you like the idea of coastal living, there are a few developments and only one with first world infrastructure inside a gated secure community.
