{"id":25580,"date":"2019-03-19T09:36:26","date_gmt":"2019-03-19T14:36:26","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/?p=25580"},"modified":"2019-03-19T09:36:26","modified_gmt":"2019-03-19T14:36:26","slug":"construction-expect-year","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/construction-expect-year\/","title":{"rendered":"Construction: What to Expect this Year"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/construction-sketch.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-25581\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/construction-sketch.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"517\" height=\"398\" srcset=\"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/construction-sketch.jpg 517w, https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/construction-sketch-300x231.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 517px) 100vw, 517px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The development of an educational center in Panama, an apartment building in Costa Rica and a multipurpose tower in Guatemala are part of the projects planned for the coming months in Central America.<\/p>\n<p>The interactive platform &#8220;<em>Construction in Central America<\/em>&#8220;, compiled by the Trade Intelligence Unit at <strong>CentralAmerica<em>Data<\/em><\/strong>, includes an up to date list of public and private <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"construction\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22construction%22\">construction<\/a> <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Project\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Project%22\">projects<\/a> for which environmental impact studies (EIA) were submitted to the respective institutions of each country.<\/p>\n<p>Detail of some of the <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"environmental impact study\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22environmental+impact+study%22\">Environmental Impact Studies<\/a> presented recently:<\/p>\n<p>The <strong>Association of Daughters of the Divine Savior<\/strong> plans to build an educational center in the village of Ernesto C\u00f3rdoba Campos, in the province of <strong>Panama<\/strong>. The new facilities of an <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Educational Center\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Educational+Center%22\">educational center<\/a> will have two classrooms, gymnasium, synthetic court, swimming pool, parking lots, administrative building, sewage treatment plant, and other amenities. It is estimated that close to <strong>$61 million<\/strong> will be invested.<\/p>\n<p>In <strong>Costa Rica<\/strong>, the company <strong>3-101-765374 S.A.<\/strong> plans to build in Escaz\u00fa, province of San Jos\u00e9, a vertical residential condominium, composed of three buildings with 14 housing units each. According to the EIA, it is estimated that the investment in the project will amount to about <strong>$27.5 million<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mosset, S.A.<\/strong> presented the EIA to build in Zone 10 of <strong>Guatemala<\/strong> City, a multipurpose tower of 15 floors and 7 basements, which will house 110 <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"apartments\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22apartments%22\">apartment<\/a>s and 13 commercial premises. It specifies the document that is expected to invest about <strong>$14.4 million<\/strong>.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong><strong>CentralAmerica<em>Data<\/em><\/strong> has information on the construction projects to be developed in <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Central America\" href=\"https:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Central+America%22\">Central America<\/a>, with details such as estimated investment, times and phases of the project, supplies and equipment that will be required during and after construction, water treatment, and parking structure, among other things.<br \/>\n\n<div class=\"wpcf7 no-js\" id=\"wpcf7-f16536-o1\" lang=\"\" dir=\"ltr\" data-wpcf7-id=\"16536\">\n<div class=\"screen-reader-response\"><p role=\"status\"
