\/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>Details of the ten most valuable construction projects in terms of investment, for which environmental impact studies were submitted in the last twelve months.<\/div>\n<div>Of the 10 most important construction projects for which Environmental Impact Studies were submitted to the Ministry of the Environment between August 2016 and July 2017, four are to be developed in the province of Col\u00f3n, with an estimated investment of $2 billion.<\/div>\n<div>In terms of investment value, there are five projects in the province of Panama, adding up to an investment of close to $963 million, and one in Veraguas, with an expected investment of $323 million.<\/div>\n<div>The four projects that are being developed in the province of Col\u00f3n are the residential developments &#8220;Porto Caribe&#8221; and &#8220;Proyecto Inmobiliario Hacienda Santa Cecilia&#8221;, the port infrastructure work &#8220;Panama Col\u00f3n Container Port&#8221; and the energy project &#8220;Gas To Power Panama&#8221;.<\/div>\n<div>The five projects in the province of Panama are the residential &#8220;Condado Point&#8221; and &#8220;Golf\u00a0Gardens&#8221;, the tourism project &#8220;Portones del Mar Yacht Club &amp; Resort&#8221; the mixed development &#8220;Panama\u00a0Global\u00a0City&#8221; and construction of the &#8220;Instituto T\u00e9cnico Superior del Este (ITSE)&#8221;.\u00a0In Veraguas the energy project &#8220;Parque E\u00f3lico La Vikinga&#8221; is being developed.<\/div>\n<div>CentralAmericaData has information on construction projects to be developed in Panama and other Central American countries, with details such as estimated investment, project times and phases, materials and equipment required during and after construction, water treatment, and parking lot structures, among other things.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\n<div class=\"wpcf7 no-js\" id=\"wpcf7-f16536-o1\" lang=\"\" dir=\"ltr\" data-wpcf7-id=\"16536\">\n<div
