href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Panama%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">Panama<\/a>nian Chamber of Construction (Capac) indicates that the average\u00a0<a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Prices\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Prices%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">price<\/a>\u00a0per square meter of\u00a0<a class=\"hlink\" title=\"home sales\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22home+sales%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">homes for sale<\/a>\u00a0in the capital increased from $1,700 in January 2015 to $2,050.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">See also &#8220;<a
