32-hectare site in San Miguelito, Panama, plans are underway to build a housing complex consisting of 920 homes, two water treatment plants and recreation areas.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">According\u00a0to\u00a0<strong>CentralAmerica<\/strong><strong>Data<\/strong>&#8216;s\u00a0Construction Project Identification System, the promotor Desarrollos Inmobiliarios del Golf (DIGSA) submitted an <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"environmental impact study\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22environmental+impact+study%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">Environmental Impact Study<\/a> (EIA) in March this year to build a residential complex within the Brisas del Golf community, in the district of Rufina Alfaro, district of San Miguelito, province of <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Panama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Panama%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">Panama<\/a>.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">The EIA\u00a0indicates\u00a0that<em>\u00a0&#8220;&#8230; the project, called GOLF GARDENS, includes a residential development in an area of 32 hectares + 1,006.84 m2, the future project proposes constructing nine hundred and twenty (920) <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"housing\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22housing%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">housing<\/a> units, which will have an access gate, perimetral fence, public use area, sidewalks, internal streets, recreation areas, green areas and the <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"construction\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22construction%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">construction<\/a> of two wastewater treatment plants.\u00a0<\/em><\/span><span dir=\"ltr\"><em>These homes will have bedrooms, a dining room, entrance hall, bathroom, kitchen, terrace, laundry, and parking spaces.&#8221;<\/em><\/span><\/p>\n<p><em><span dir=\"ltr\">&#8220;The project visuales the complete development in seven phases or stages, each with variations in the number of houses, due to the objective of accommodating the project&#8217;s economy to the distribution of costs and the conditions of the land itself and development of the financial flow; however the promoters will try to build an average around 132 houses approximately for each phase.<\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\">Eventually the project contemplates the\u00a0construction, sale and delivery of 920 homes for residential
