consists of the Rights of Possession to 6 hectares or roughly 15 acres of coastal property near the town of Quebrada de Piedra andthe entrance to a large estuary system where there is\u00a0 a Government Naval Base.\u00a0 There is extensive ocean front and calm protected bay waters on the other side of the point of this peninsula.\u00a0 Located just an hour and a half from David, access to the Punta is a five minute boat ride from the dock at \u00a0a local fishing lodge.\u00a0 A permit has been approved for a boat dock and pier.\u00a0 The property has a good supply of water and a full time caretaker.\u00a0 A lot of time and money has been invested to insure possession and the property has been well maintained including the planting of hundreds of fruit trees.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Google-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2020\" title=\"Google 1\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Google-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"851\" height=\"886\" https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/Google-1-288x300.jpg 288w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 851px) 100vw, 851px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The offshore waters offer an abundance of outdoor activities including\u00a0 diving, surfing and of course fishing on Hannibal Bank, a world famous Marlin fishing ground.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<strong> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.paradise-fishing-lodge.com\/700-marlin\" target=\"_self\"><\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Isla Coiba is just 30 miles away and is a designated UNNESCO World Heritage Site.\u00a0 It\u00a0is the largest island off the Pacific coast south of Vancouver.\u00a0 It offers incredible diving, whale watching, coral reefs, hiking and wildlife exploration.\u00a0 Here is a video that allowscriptaccess=\"always\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/embed><\/object><\/p>\n<p>On a recent trip back from fishing Hannibal Bank,\u00a0I took\u00a0these shots.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0As you approach the coast line you see the Morro Negrito area and the two opposing points of land.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/approach-1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2021\" title=\"approach 1\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/approach-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"857\" height=\"557\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here we get closer and see the coastal features and the Punta Entrada.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/approach-21.jpg\"><img the outline of the point and the natural sheltered deep water on the protected bay area.<\/p>\n<p><a see the columnar basalt that has broken down and forms a natural breakwater.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/sheltered-cove-for-marina-51.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"sheltered cove for marina can look back up the other side of the hill and see the gently sloping topography and several natural terraces for building pads.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/sloping-topo-71.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2039\" title=\"sloping topo 7\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2011\/02\/sloping-topo-71.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"878\" height=\"521\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The incredible 270 degrees views from the top are looking out to the islands in the Pacific down the beaches from Las Lajas to Boca Chica and back to the mountains.<\/p>\n<p>For this and more opportunties
