Eat more fish!!<\/p>\n<p>What a setting!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/04\/las-lajas-beach.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" we were back in the mountains in a little over an hour and a half where it was 75 degrees and a cloudless sky. \u00a0So on Monday morning, I open my computer and the headlines are&#8230;.<\/p>\n<p><a
