has approved a five month <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"moratorium\" Pacifica, Coco del Mar, Punta Paitilla and Vina del Mar, in San Francisco.<\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\"><i>&#8220;&#8230;<\/i><\/span><i>\u00a0<\/i><span dir=\"ltr\"><i>The proposal submitted by the representative of the district of San Francisco, Carlos Perez Herrera, indicates that new projects will be halted for five months until all assessments with the Land Use Plan are completed, a plan which is being carried out by the Municipality of <\/i><a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Panama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Panama%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\"><i>Panama<\/i><\/a><i> and which was started last year due to the urban disorder in the area.&#8221;<\/i><\/span><br \/>\n<i><br \/>\n<\/i><span dir=\"ltr\">Prensa.com reports that <em>&#8220;&#8230;<\/em><\/span><em><span dir=\"ltr\">Perez Herrera said the <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Building\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Building%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">building<\/a>s in the district of Panama must comply with the laws established in this area.\u00a0<\/span>\u00a0<span dir=\"ltr\">He said that previous governments made zoning changes without consultation and converted residential and
