has been given approval to publish, in the coming days, the conditions for prequalification in the tender for selection of a prime contractor for Line 3.<\/p>\n<p class=\"description\"><span dir=\"ltr\">From a statement issued by the Presidency of <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Panama\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Panama%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">Panama<\/a>:<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">The Cabinet Council has authorized the corporation Metro de Panama, SA (<\/span><span dir=\"ltr\">MPSA), to begin the process of prequalification of bidders for the holding of a public act corresponding to the project implementation and commissioning of the system for Line 3 of the Metro.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"ltr\">Proposers should take into account the Engineering Design, <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"construction\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22construction%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">Construction<\/a> of Civil Works,
