style=\"text-align: justify;\">I watched the news the other night where Lake Affect snow was washing across the States including areas that received up to 4 feet overnight and that is huge for December.\u00a0 Bet they can&#8217;t wait until February rolls around.\u00a0\u00a0 My wife is in New York City and she tells me that it is beautiful and sunny and just above freezing.\u00a0 I remember it well, year after year visiting Manhattan and it is truly beautiful up there this time of year.\u00a0\u00a0 However, the end result is usually snow, slush, freezing rain and then hard freezes where you cannot go out for more than 15 minutes or you would suffer frost bite.\u00a0 Then my daughter who works\u00a0\u00a0in Miami tells me that it is warming up and reached 47 degrees\u00a0after\u00a0freeze warnings played out across the northern and central part of\u00a0Florida!\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0Thanks, but I will take Panama anytime.\u00a0 We are seeing the end of the green season where we had healthy amounts of rain and now that is abating and the skies are more azure\u00a0blue than cloudy.\u00a0 This is Summer time here in Panama and the time to\u00a0come\u00a0\u00a0if you are contemplating visiting this beautiful country.\u00a0 Soon we will celebrate the Christmas and New Year&#8217;s holidays and then it is vacation time for most of Panama as school is out until March and families are planning trips across the country side.\u00a0 The beaches are beautiful and the waters\u00a0are clear and deep blue offshore.\u00a0 And yes, it is time for big Marlin and Tuna to populate our offshore waters here in the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chiriqui.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chiriqui<\/a> province.\u00a0\u00a0 I can&#8217;t wait to bring home loads of <a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/tom_and_tuna.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">yellowfin tuna <\/a>for sushi and grilling parties we will have celebrating\u00a0the good life!!\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/rainbow.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"rainbow\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/rainbow-300x166.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"345\" height=\"190\" \/><\/a>\u00a0\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/boat.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"boat\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/12\/boat-300x170.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"348\" height=\"191\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Here in <a href=\"http:\/\/www.chiriqui.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Chiriqui<\/a> we are seeing a lot of people showing up again this year looking to move to a better place in the sun and I expect we will have another run on housing here in Boquete.\u00a0 While we are off the boom time highs of 500 closings a year for\u00a0the mountain\u00a0towns of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.boquete.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Boquete <\/a>and <a href=\"http:\/\/www.volcan.chiriqui.org\/\" target=\"_blank\">Volcan <\/a>as well as the <a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/4_beach_waves_2.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">beach<\/a> and <a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2010\/03\/6_sunglasses.jpg\" target=\"_blank\">Pacific Ocean\u00a0communities<\/a>, there is still a steady stream of homebuyers and they are not looking for second homes but rather\u00a0permanent residence here in Panama.\u00a0 Our community of <a href=\"http:\/\/www.valleescondido.biz\/\" target=\"_blank\">Valle Escondido <\/a>is sold out and there are only a few resale\u2019s available.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><a href=\"http:\/\/vimeo.com\/12469947\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" title=\"colibri\"
