(That\u2019s about ten times the average home price in Miami-Dade and Broward counties.) Six waterfalls adorn the grounds. A wine cellar has room for 3,000 bottles.<\/p>\n<p>The $159 million asking price is actually $20 million higher than the last time the 60,000-square-foot home was offered for sale in 2014.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/manse-2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone  wp-image-15095\" src=\"http:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/manse-2.jpg\" alt=\"manse 2\" width=\"558\" height=\"372\" srcset=\"https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/manse-2.jpg 960w, https:\/\/panamaadvisoryinternationalgroup.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2015\/11\/manse-2-300x200.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<div>\n<p>The 11-bedroom mansion, which is still under construction but now nearly complete, didn\u2019t sell back then. But the owner, construction magnate Robert Pereira, is now building two guesthouses, a new pool and an \u201cunderground entertainment complex\u201d that will include an ice-skating rink, go-cart track, bowling alley and night club.<\/p>\n<p>Pereira purchased a neighboring lot for the expansion. The combined property has about 4.4 acres.<\/p>\n<p>Other features include a beach accessible to the public only by boat, a 30-car garage, an IMAX theater, and his-and-her yacht docks with room for a 200-foot and 140-foot boat. It\u2019s one of the most expensive homes for sale in the U.S. The next priciest listing in South Florida is a Coral Gables mansion asking $67 million.
