This certification would facilitate the process of obtaining permits in <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Central America\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Central+America%22\">Central America<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a class=\"hlink\" title=\"Hugo Idoyaga\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22Hugo+Idoyaga%22\">Hugo Idoyaga<\/a>, president of the National Quality and Animal Health Service in Paraguay, told Elnuevodiario.com.ni that &#8220;&#8230; &#8216;Panama may have more or less rigorous health checks, but we have a significant level and the fact that we are in the European Union obviously means that the standard of work in the productive sector is high, this helps us a lot.'&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;&#8230; The EU opened its markets to Paraguayan meat products in April, after four years of absence due to the appearance of two outbreaks of foot and mouth disease. Paraguay currently has a production of 550,000 tonnes of <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"beef\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22beef%22\">beef<\/a>, of which
