In 2003, the Superintendent issued an agreement that securities issuers will use the principles of <a class=\"hlink\" title=\"corporate governance\" href=\"http:\/\/www.centralamericadata.com\/en\/search?q1=content_en_le:%22corporate+governance%22&amp;q2=mattersInCountry_es_le:%22Panama%22\">corporate governance<\/a>, but these are voluntary recommendations. However, intermediaries, who are supervised and regulated by the Superintendency of Securities must meet these requirements with the new regulations in which they are working. &#8220;<\/p>\n<p
