Residential Project for $12 million in Panama

Nice project, one day I will do this. An Environmental Impact Study has been presented to build, in the district of Panama, a horizontal residential complex with 363 housing units in an area of 11  hectares.

According to the identification system “Construction Projects in Central America”, complied by the Business Intelligence Unit at CentralAmericaData, the Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) study was presented by Eunice International Inc. and Ancra Business Corp. to the Ministry of Environment of Panama on December 28, 2016.

The project involves the construction of a residential complex with 363 housing units in an area of 11,152 hectares, the houses will be built in lots measuring at least 120 m 2 to 180 m 2.

The project, called “Colinas de Pedregal,” will be located in the town of Pedregal, District and Province of Panama, and according to the document the amount to be invested is $12,272,000.
