American couple Suzanne and Dave Smith are selling off their Casa Cayuco Eco Adventure Lodge, in Bocas del Toro, Panama.
But instead of listing their island getaway for sale, they are offering the chance for anyone who buys a $10 ticket.
Dave and Suzanne have spent five years turning a former rustic lodge into one that has been voted in the top five on TripAdvisor in Panama and the whole of Central America.
Their two-acre plot is bordered by sloth-filled rainforest to the rear and coral reefs to the front.
The winner of the 24-bed resort will become owner of four stand-alone cabins, a main lodge, two lodge suites, and an air-conditioned luxury owner’s suite.
