varela in boquete

Holiday Season is in full swing here in Boquete.  November 28th marked Independence day from Spain and capped off the 5 holidays in November.  President Varela flew in for the festivities and reaffirmed his pledge to support the public works and people in Boquete.

Our weather has now transitioned from rainy season to an early summer with blue bird skies and winds shifting to out of the north.  With that come our mist in the mountains called Bajareque which produces numerous rainbows.  It also signals the approach of Christmas.  And the kids are ready for sure!!

So now we have 5 more holidays this month and we pretty much slow down and enjoy the festivities and time with family.  I can think of nothing better than doing that here in Boquete.  So if your toes are frozen and your face frost bitten, come on down and enjoy our spring like weather.
