I am often told by clients who visit Boquete for the first time that they would like to rent when they first come to Panama, or they do not want to own a home anymore.

The location is walking distance to town so car ownership is optional and a cab ride to most places is under $3. In most cases, the trade off when renting here in Boquete is that you end up with either a condo or you find substandard to US housing. We have finished the first phase and are under construction on the second phase. As you can see our builder, Egdar Castillo is doing a great job and is on schedule to finish on time. Phase two consists of two more homes and one has been pre-leased for occupancy in April 2016.
My architect Rene Bacil designed the project and I think that we have a nice home design with great indoor areas and a complement of outdoor living space complete with a wood burning fireplace which is great at night here in Boquete. For phase two we are extending the glass line out to the column for more indoor living space and extending the deck out another 1.5 meters.
