Airline Expands its Fleet in Costa Rica

Nature Air has invested $10 million in the purchase of five new aircraft for its operations in the country, and announced that it will start making daily flights to David, Panama.

Nacion.com reports that “The new fleet consists of three Caravan aircraft, with capacity for 12 passengers, and two twin-engine Twin Otter aircraft, which can carry up to 19 people each.

The airline announced that it will replace the two planes currently operating on the twelve routes operating in Costa Rica and the flights to Bocas del Toro and soon to David. 

70% of Nature Air users in the country are foreigners, mainly from Europe and North America.”
